Can I return a Vedasanas product? Yes. As we’ve said. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
What if it’s already been opened? You may request to refund or exchange an opened product, as long as the package and/or labeling has not been destroyed, damaged, or otherwise tampered with.
What items are returnable? Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment un-opened or opened products in original condition.
What items are non-refundable? Free gifts or promotional items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded. Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. (You will receive e-mail instructions with how to package, address, and ship items for return).

Refund Policy Guidelines All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for a new and unopened product based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or your Sales Representative. We will provide you with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. Please note, we do not offer refunds on Wholesale orders. For all products that were delivered in excess of the 30 days, sales are considered final.
How soon will I get my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Exchange Policy If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing. You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. Pictures of damaged products must be sent to email@example.com. A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval. Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval.
